The electromechanical motor is powered by 24V DC with a maximum power of 250W, which ensures reliability and efficiency of operation. The device is equipped with a Wi-Fi function for communication with a smartphone via the UMII app, which enables remote control of the gate. In addition, the operator is compatible with Google voice assistants and Amazon Alexa, adding to the convenience of use. The app simply needs to be installed on a smartphone and connected to the gate (supports Android and iOS). EXTEL 761005P has an internal end switch and a soft mode to ensure smooth and safe closing and opening of the gate. In addition, a photocell detects obstacles while it is in operation and a warning light indicates that the gate motor is operating. The gate closes in automatic and semi-automatic mode. The opening time at 90° is 17 s. Maximum opening inwards towards the property is 120°, maximum opening outwards from the property is 90°. The built-in motor control module further adds to the convenience of use, thanks to its compatibility with an app and remote control (2 included). The device also has a key entry/exit facility. The set can be expanded with additional remote controls, a warning light and a photocell.
